Is there anything better than relaxing with friends on the waterfront, sipping wine from Australia’s finest wineries and sampling food from all corners of the Earth? Nah, we didn’t think so either.
Lucky for you, you can do all that at this year’s Taste of Tasmania festival which is back again in Salamanca Place in Hobart from 28 December 2019 to 3 January 2020.
You’ll get to sample food from around the world at this year’s Taste of Tasmania, with stalls offering cuisines from Iraq, Indonesia, Nepal and Australia. You’ve also got your pick of the best drinks from around the State including gin cocktails from Taylor & Smith Distilling Co, home-grown sparkling wine from Lake Barrington Estate a range of beers and ciders at the Tassie Can Bar. So if you want to try the best of the best, then this is your place to be this summer!
Not only that but the Taste of Tasmania is your New Year’s Eve plans sorted too, giving you front row seats to Hobart’s waterfront fireworks and a night worth of entertainment. Tickets for the Taste’s New Year Eve bonanza start from $59 and includes a glass of sparkling to kick start your night.
It’s free entry to Taste of Tasmania for the rest of the festival, meaning you’ve got more cash in your pocket to spend more on food and booze!
